REFUNDS

Refund Policy

If a cancellation is made for any reason, tuition will be refunded if the cancellation is made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of camp. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the refund request form. This form must be submitted with proper documentation as described below.

The convenience fee associated with online registration is non-refundable for all camps. The $80 deposit for Fundamental Camp is non-refundable, except in the case of injury or mandatory school event.

If the reason for cancellation is due to injury, written documentation from the camper’s physician must be provided. If the reason for cancellation is due to mandatory school event, written explanation from a school official (coach, principal, or counselor) must be provided.

Camp tuitions paid by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card number used as a payment. Camp tuitions paid by check, cash or money order will be refunded by a mailed check. All refund requests will be processed after June 12, 2017.

Coaches Clinic:
Full refund with the exclusion of the non-refundable online service fee. Refund must be requested by April 1, 2017. Please email Kacey Harper at footballcamps@kstatesports.com to arrange.

7 on 7 & 5 on 5 Shootout:
Full refund will be offered provided you notify Kacey Harper by Monday, May 29, 2017 that your team will be unable to participate.

Youth Camp:
Full refund with the exclusion of the non-refundable online service fee.

HS Fundamental Camp:
The $80 deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of injury or mandatory school event. Online service fee is non-refundable.

Kicking Camp:
Full refund with the exclusion of the non-refundable online service fee.

One Day Camps:
Full refund with the exclusion of the non-refundable online service fee.
